| Age : | 62 |
| Notes : Bulava, Alan "BULL" August 15, 1949 - December 29, 2011. Al Bulava, 62, of Round Lake Beach, went to be with the Lord after a long battle with Stupid Cancer. From humble beginnings through a life of challenges and changes, Al emerged a hard working lovable guy that only God could stop to make him finally rest. True to his word Gentle when needed Strong when it counted Dedicated to those that deserved it and Loving to those he respected the most. Al served honorably in the United States Army. We thank the VA Hospitals in North Chicago and Milwaukee for all the Fantastic doctors and nurses that have taken great care of Al. Al was the owner and operator of Round Lake Welding for 26 years and had worked at Medline Industries as their in-house welder. He was known to all as "Al the Welder" Al was a great inspiration to his son Kyle, and an incredible friend to his brothers and sisters of the Creed MC. Al is survived by his mother Suzanne Bulava, wife Kim Bulava, son Kyle Bulava and daughters Victoria Reiley, Suzanne Steinbach, and Christine Totten. His grandchildren Cory, Tori, Keelie, David, Shannon and Jada; His sister Cindy (Brian) Duensing; His brothers Claude (Nancy) Bulava; Scott Bulava, Marc (Robyn) Bulava; his Many wonderful nieces and nephews; his faithful dog Duder and a host of Friends that all had a special place in his heart. A Special Note: Al "Bull" Bulava, was a member of Creed Motorcycle Club for 36 years and will be sadly missed by all of his brothers and sisters. Bull was one of the club's first two Prospects. He worked side by side with his Brother B.C. in order to make patch. Bull is also one of the reasons that our club has been around for as many years as it has. Since his passing we have received numerous calls, emails, and Facebook posts telling us how much he will be missed by the motorcycling community. You could always count on Bull to have a smile on his face and a friendly handshake whenever he saw you. He would always go out of his way to talk to and meet new people whenever he was out and about riding. We are pretty sure Skeeter and Bull are riding together in heaven now, where the sun always shines and the roads are freshly paved, and we are sure that they both have big smiles on their faces and the wind in their hair. "Bull, ride ahead, we'll all catch up." A Celebration of his Life will be Held Sunday, January 15th, 12 - 5pm at Lakes Bowl (Sharky's) 601 Railroad Ave., Round Lake, 60073. In lieu of flowers, you may send a donation to the family at the following address: Kim Bulava c/o Creed MC PO Box 74 Fox Lake, IL 60020 |
